[[In principle, the project studies the materiality of feelings. Its central theme explores how photography maintains the physical dimension of ordinary matters, at the same time expanding their imaginary potential and conceptual values.

Love is all about sensing: the skin, a touch, a smell, marks, bonding, tearing, being a part of.

In some cases, it may be profound, perpetual. Others ephemeral. But it can be absolutely described as a living process, therefore my choice of dead matter to depict all incongruities involved. Some say love never dies.

I document here four love stories. Each one of them develops in a unique way, hence lived in its own time by the same person - or not. My story or yours, reality or fiction. It may as well be the same story told by different people. But none of that matters. If it was superficial, deep, if it lasted or ended badly, left scars or marks only those who felt it on their skin will know. I dare to say one must be alive to feel.///A série LOVE STORIES faz parte do Projeto Incômodos, um trabalho em andamento composto por 120 fotografias até o momento. Seu tema central explora como a fotografia intervém na dimensão física das matérias ordinárias, ao mesmo tempo em que amplia seu potencial imaginário e seus valores conceituais. O amor pode ser descrito como um processo vivo, por isso minha escolha de matéria morta para retratar as incongruências deste sintoma.

Documento aqui quatro histórias de amor. Cada uma delas se desenvolve de forma única, portanto vivida em seu tempo pela mesma pessoa - ou não. Minha história ou a sua, realidade ou ficção. Também pode ser a mesma história contada por pessoas diferentes. Mas nada disso importa. Se foi superficial, profundo, se durou ou terminou mal, deixou cicatrizes ou marcas só quem sentiu na pele saberá. Atrevo-me a dizer que é preciso estar vivo para sentir.]]
